Simple Syrup:

  1. Combine 1 part sugar to 1 part water in a small saucepan

  2. Bring to a boil and stir until the sugar dissolves.

  3. Remove from the heat and let cool completely.

  4. Keep in the refrigerator up to 1 month.

NOTE: you can infuse flavors like fresh ginger, cilantro or lavender...just add in step one.
