Ingredients:

4 oz gin

1 oz simple syrup

1.5 oz lemon juice

1 egg white

¼ cup soda

Instructions:

1. Combine all but soda and dry shake (no ice)

2. Add ice and shake again.

3. Strain into two glasses and top each with 1/8 cup soda.
