Ingredients   

3 oz pineapple juice

2 oz malibu rum

1/4 oz blue curacao

grenadine

Instructions:

1. Mix pineapple juice and rum together and set aside.

2. Mix blue curacao with 1 oz water and set aside.

3. Pour grenadine in the bottom of a glass; top with large crushed ice - all the way to the top of the glass.

4. Slowly add rum mixture and top with blue curacao.

Note: this is beautiful when layered but turns a blue/gray color when mixed to drink. :)
