Coffee Liquor

Ingredients   

1 1/4 cup strong coffee

1 cup brown sugar

1 cup white rum

2 tbl vanilla bean paste or extract

Instructions:

  1. Stir sugar into hot coffee until dissolved.

  2. Stir in vanilla.

  3. Let come to room temp then add rum. 

  4. Keep in the fridge for up to three months.
