Ingredients:

4 egg yolks

1/3 cup sugar

1 pint whole milk

1 cup heavy cream

3 oz bourbon

1 tsp nutmeg

4 egg whites plus 1 tbl sugar

Instructions:

1. Beat egg yolks until light in color.

2. Gradually add sugar beating until incorporated.

3. Stir in milk, cream, bourbon, nutmeg.

4. In a different bowl, beat egg white to stiff peaks with 1 tbl sugar.

5. Whisk together and chill.
