Aperol Spritz

Ingredients   

1 part Aperol

2 parts Prosecco

orange slices

mint

Instructions:

  1. Pour Aperol into glass with ice and orange slices.

  2. Finish off with Prosecco.

  3. Garnish with mint.

​

NOTE: traditionally made with sparkling water in addition to the Aperol and Prosecco but I prefer it without.
