Ingredients:

3 oz vodka

1 oz fresh lime juice

1 oz simple syrup

5 torn mint leaves

grenadine

champagne

Optional: edible flowers

Instructions:

1. Put the first 5 ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake 

2. Strain into a martini glass and top with champagne

3. Top with an edible flower
