Spicy Scallops

Ingredients:

fresh sea scallops

salt & pepper

cayenne

smoked paprika

olive oil

butter

To Plate:

Cauliflower/Avocado puree, corn, micro greens

Instructions:

  1. Rinse and dry scallops.

  2. Season and fry in a heavy pan with olive oil and butter. About 3 or 4 minutes per side, just until nicely browned.
