Roasted Radishes (& carrots)

Ingredients:

radishes, cut in half

carrots, cut to the same size

butter

salt, pepper

garlic powder

onion powder

dried dill

fresh dill

Optional: Ranch dressing (recipe here)

Instructions:

  1. Clean, dry and cut radishes and carrots. 

  2. Melt butter and add salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder and dried dill. 

  3. Spread on baking sheet and roast at 425 for 20 to 30 minutes. (depends on the size of your veggies) - check tenderness along the way.

  4. When done, toss with fresh dill and drizzle with ranch dressing.
