Ranch Dressing

mayo

buttermilk

sugar

celery seed

dried dill

dried Parsley

salt and pepper

 

Poppyseed Dressing (sister Mary)

2 c. mayo

1/3 c. honey

poppyseeds

1 T mustard

milk to thin

Green Goddess Dressing:

1/2 bunch of cilantro

1/2 bunch of flat leaf parsley

3-4 green onions

1 seeded jalapeno

1/2 cup mayo

1/2 cup sour cream

1 avocado

olive oil to create desired consistency 

Caesar Dressing

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup olive oil

3 anchovies packed in oil; finely minced

2 small cloves of garlic; grated

zest and juice of 2 lemons

1 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese; finely grated

salt and pepper to taste

Peanut Dressing/Sauce:

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1/8 cup rice wine vinegar

3 Tble soy sauce

1 Tble dark sesame oil

1 Tble honey

1 minced garlic clove

1/2 tsp fresh ginger

2 Tbl toasted sesame seeds

2 scallions

1/4 cup peanut butter

Simple Vinaigrette:

olive oil

splash of fish sauce

Thai chili infused apple cider vinegar

salt and pepper

Asian Vinaigrette:

¼ c sugar

1 lemon (juiced)

1/3 c fish sauce

½ c water

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1 carrot (shredded)

1T chili paste

Basalmic Vinaigrette

balsamic vinegar

extra virgin olive oil

sugar

salt and pepper

 

Lemon Vinaigrette

extra virgin olive oil

lemon juice

sugar

salt and pepper

Basil Vinaigrette:

1 cup fresh basil

1 clove crushed garlic

2 Tbl red wine vinegar

1 Tbl Dijon mustard

1/3 cup olive oil

salt & pepper

Blend and chill.

Greek Dressing:

garlic (finely minced)

½ cup extra-virgin olive oil

3 tbl red wine vinegar

1 tbl fresh-squeezed lemon juice

½ tsp dijon mustard

salt and pepper to taste

blend and chill.
