Shrimp Sausage Bites

Ingredients:

shrimp

andouille sausage

cocktail sauce (see recipe)

salt, pepper

cayenne

smoked paprika

butter 

olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Clean and rinse shrimp and pat dry.

  2. Season with salt, pepper, cayenne and smoked paprika

  3. Thread shrimp and sausage into small wooden skewers. Heat olive oil and butter in fry pan and sautee until shrimp turn pink.

  4. Serve with cocktail sauce.

NOTE: It is better for serving if you leave the shrimp/sausage close to the very end of the skewer. It is also a more practical serving option to do one in a shot glass of cocktail sauce.
