Cocktail Sauces
SERRANO MINT COCKTAIL SAUCE
Ingredients:
1 cup tightly packed mint
21 large serrano chili
1 clove garlic
1 inch grated ginger
2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 Tbl fish sauce
salt
Instructions:

Mix well in a blender and chill.
TRADITIONAL COCKTAIL SAUCE
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chili sauce (recommended: Heinz)
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish or wasabi paste
2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Instructions:

Mix well and chill.
PINEAPPLE COCKTAIL SAUCE
Ingredients:
Sm can crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped cilantro
1 small jalapeno
Juice of one lime
pinch of salt
Instructions:
-
Mix in a blender, chill and serve.
