Avocado Kale Salad

Ingredients:

kale

avocado

candied almonds

sunflower seeds

dried cranberries

celery

kale dressing (see recipe)

Instructions:

  1. Cut kale into small bite size pieces; massage with avocado and sea salt. 

  2. Add dressing and let sit in the fridge for up to 4 hours. 

  3. Top with almonds, dried cranberries, celery, and sunflower seeds.
