Avocado Kale Salad
Ingredients:
kale
avocado
candied almonds
sunflower seeds
dried cranberries
celery
kale dressing (see recipe)

Instructions:
-
Cut kale into small bite size pieces; massage with avocado and sea salt.

Add dressing and let sit in the fridge for up to 4 hours.
-
Top with almonds, dried cranberries, celery, and sunflower seeds.
