Asian Chicken Burger

Ingredients:

ground chicken

garlic

1 T soy sauce

scallions

1/2 tsp ginger

salt & pepper

Instructions:

  1. Mix ingredients gently

  2. Use an olive container from the olive bar at the super market, and some cellophane to make patties. First line the container and once patty is pressed in, fold over cellophane (see photo)

  3. Grill or freeze

  4. Best topped with cabbage lightly coated with an Asian dressing
