Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients:

tuna

red onion chopped fine

pickle chopped fine

celery chopped fine

sturdy tomatoes (like Roma)

bib lettuce cups

crispy bacon bits

Dressing:

mayo

dijon mustard

ranch dressing

celery seed

Instructions:

  1. Mix first four ingredients with dressing

  2. Cut tomatoes in half and hallow out

  3. Fill tomatoes with tuna mixture and set on lettuce cups

  4. Top with bacon bits
