Stuffed Tomatoes
Ingredients:
tuna
red onion chopped fine
pickle chopped fine
celery chopped fine
sturdy tomatoes (like Roma)
bib lettuce cups
crispy bacon bits
Dressing:
mayo
dijon mustard
ranch dressing
celery seed

Instructions:
-
Mix first four ingredients with dressing
-
Cut tomatoes in half and hallow out
-
Fill tomatoes with tuna mixture and set on lettuce cups
-
Top with bacon bits
