Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients:

ground beef 

spicy ground sausage

onion chopped

mushrooms chopped

garlic minced

taco or Italian seasoning

riced cauliflower

cheddar cheese shredded

assorted small bell peppers 

Instructions:

  1. Clean and cut peppers 

  2. Brown the ground beef, sausage, mushrooms, onion and garlic in a large skillet; drain the fat.

  3. Stir in seasoning and cauliflower; add a little water if needed. Simmer about 10 minutes.

  4. Stir in some of the cheese and fill the peppers; top with more cheese if you cut the peppers lengthwise.

  5. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
