Ingredients: 

steak

crab meat or shrimp

asparagus

hollandaise sauce

Instructions:

1. Grill steak to your liking

2. Warm crab meat in pan with butter; if using shrimp, season and sauté in a little olive oil and butter

3. Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper and roasted in oven

4. Make hollandaise - see recipe above

5. Place steak on bed of asparagus, topped with crab and cover with hollandaise.
