Spaghetti Bread

Ingredients:

1 T yeast

1 ¼ cup warm water

1 T sugar

1 tsp olive oil

3 cups flour

1 tsp salt

1 T garlic powder

1 cup dry parmesan cheese

2 T Italian seasoning

cornmeal

Instructions:

  1. Dissolve yeast in water; let sit for a few minutes

  2. Mix in sugar and olive oil

  3. Combine flour and seasoning in a separate bowl then slowly incorporate into wet mixture

  4. Knead on lightly floured surface and form into a smooth ball.

  5. Let rise to double in size.

  6. Form into 2 French loaves and place on cookie sheet with parchment paper and cornmeal.

  7. Make cut marks two inches apart across the top. Let rise until double and bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes
