Saucy Chops

Ingredients:

bone-in pork chops

onion, sliced

butter

flour

broth

mushrooms

salt & pepper

cayenne

worcestershire sauce

Optional: use cream of mushroom soup instead of (butter, flour, broth)

Instructions:

  1. Brown pork chops in a cast iron, oven safe pan. 

  2. Remove chops, add butter and flour to make a paste. Add broth and seasoning.

  3. Return chops to white sauce, top with onions and mushrooms.

  4. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
