Ingredients:

roma tomatoes

serranos or jalapenos

onion

cilantro

 

Instructions:

  1. Blacken tomatoes, chilis and onion on grill or in a dry pan

  2. Pulse in Blender or processor with cilantro until desired consistency (you may need to drain in small strainer if watery)

  3. If desired: add chunks of tomato, onion and peppers

  4. Salt to taste
