Roz's Buns
Ingredients: 6 doz
½ cup sugar
1 cup shortening
2 T salt
1 cup powdered milk
7 cups warm water
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 pkg quick rise yeast
12 cups of white flour
Instructions:

Dissolve 2 pkg yeast in 1 cup warm water

Blend ingredients together and begin adding the 12 cups of flour.

Switch to kneading four in by hand when it is too difficult with the spoon
-
Cover and let rise to double; punch down and shape
-
Let rise again and bake at 375 for about 20 minutes
