Rosemary Nuts
Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups nuts
2T fresh rosemary (coarsely chopped)
½ t cayenne
2t brown sugar
2t salt
1T melted butter or good olive oil
Instructions:

Toast nuts in the oven

Combine rosemary, cayenne, sugar, and salt

Toss warm nuts with warm butter or olive oil (if using olive oil make sure you use a good one)

Toss with rosemary mixture and serve warm
NOTE: Marcona Almonds and Cashews are best!
