Rosemary Nuts

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups nuts

2T fresh rosemary (coarsely chopped)

½ t cayenne

2t brown sugar

2t salt

1T melted butter or good olive oil

 

Instructions:

  1. Toast nuts in the oven

  2. Combine rosemary, cayenne, sugar, and salt 

  3. Toss warm nuts with warm butter or olive oil (if using olive oil make sure you use a good one)

  4. Toss with rosemary mixture and serve warm

NOTE: Marcona Almonds and Cashews are best!
