Red Hot Ice Cream

Ingredients:

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 14 oz can condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

pinch of salt

red hot candy extract

flavorless food coloring

Instructions:

  1. Add vanilla, red hot extract, food coloring and heavy pinch of salt to condensed milk and set aside.

  2. Whip cream until it forms very stiff peaks.

  3. Gently fold in milk mixture and pour into a chilled metal loaf pan and freeze for at least 5 hours.
