Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

16 oz pumpkin puree

1 tsp ground ginger

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp salt

1 cup sugar

4 eggs lightly beaten

2 cups milk

pie crust 

 

Instructions:

  1. Beat first six ingredients together

  2. Add milk and turn into pastry lined plate.

  3. Bake at 350 for 40 to 50 minutes or until center is firm.
