Pie Crust
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter, cold and cut into small chunks
cold water
Instructions:

Combine flour, salt and cold butter into fine pebbles.

Add water starting with 1/2 cup and gently work into a dough...add water as needed, up to 1/4 cup more.

Wrap in plastic wrap and chill at least an hour.

Divide dough into two parts and gently roll out the dough, working it as little as possible.
