Pie Crust

Ingredients: 

1 1/2 cup flour

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup butter, cold and cut into small chunks

cold water

 

Instructions:

  1. Combine flour, salt and cold butter into fine pebbles.

  2. Add water starting with 1/2 cup and gently work into a dough...add water as needed, up to 1/4 cup more.

  3. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill at least an hour.

  4. Divide dough into two parts and gently roll out the dough, working it as little as possible.
