Olive Tapenade
Ingredients:
olives (one kind or a combination of green and black)
capers
garlic olive oil
anchovy paste
red pepper flakes
Optional: sun-dried tomatoes and/or basil

Instructions:

Rinse olives well.

Chop up olives into small chunks
-
Mix anchovy paste and red pepper flakes into olive oil.
-
Mix well and chill.
