Olive Tapenade

Ingredients:

olives (one kind or a combination of green and black)

capers

garlic olive oil

anchovy paste

red pepper flakes

Optional: sun-dried tomatoes and/or basil

Instructions:

  1. Rinse olives well.

  2. Chop up olives into small chunks 

  3. Mix anchovy paste and red pepper flakes into olive oil.

  4. Mix well and chill.
