Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:

mini bow tie pasta (or elbow mac)

hard boiled eggs

red bell pepper, chopped

celery, chopped

red onion, chopped

Dressing:

mayo

yellow mustard

pickle brine

celery seed

salt & pepper

smoked paprika

Instructions:

  1. Cook pasta al dente. Drain and let cool.

  2. Make dressing to taste and chill.

  3. When pasta and eggs are cool, combine everything and chill before serving.
