Lobster Dogs

Ingredients:

frozen corn dogs

fresh lobster tails

mayonnaise

wasabi paste

celery seed

cilantro

red onion

butter 

garlic

Instructions:

  1. Mix mayo, wasabi, celery seed (little at a time, can be over powering), red onion and cilantro. Chill

  2. Broil lobster tails: cut down the shell toward the tail and carefully separate the meat from the shell  as much as you can.

  3. Pour butter and garlic over the meat and put under a broiler for 5 to 10 minutes until shell is pink and meat is white. 

  4. Let cool and then cut lobster meat into bite-size pieces. Stir into wasabi-mayo mixture.

  5. Bake or fry corn dog according to package directions. Let them slightly cool and then slice down the center. 

  6. Carefully open up the dog and stuff in the lobster mixture.
