Lemon Bars
Ingredients:
1 cup room temp butter
1/2 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1/8 tsp salt
6 eggs
3 cups sugar
2T lemon zest
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup flour

Instructions:

Mix first 4 ingredients and press into cake pan; make an edge all around and chill for 15 minutes before baking at 350 for 15 to 20 min

Mix eggs sugar, lemon zest, lemon juice and flour and pour over crust cool or mostly cool crust.

Bake at 350 for 30 - 35 minutes

Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
