Ingredients:

fresh jicama

1 lime

chili powder

Instructions:

1. Carefully slice jicama in large 1/4 inch 'rounds'.

2. Use a cookie cutter to make shapes.

3. Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with chili powder.
