Jello Cake

Ingredients:

1 pkg lemon velvet cake mix

1 pkg lime or lemon jello

4 eggs

3/4 cup cooking oil

3/4 cup water

Frosting:

1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

2 1/2 tbl fresh lemon juice

1/4 tsp vanilla.

Instructions:

  1. Combine ingredients and beat well.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes in a 9x13 inch pan.

  3. While baking mix up frosting ingredients.

  4. After the cake comes out, let stand 10 minutes, then poke all over with a fork.

  5. While still warm, pour frosting over the top. Let cool before serve.
