Ice Cream

Ingredients:

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 14 oz can condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla (paste or vanilla bean work best)

salt

Optional: strawberries, Heath bar, Oreo cookies etc

Instructions:

  1. Add vanilla and heavy pinch of salt to condensed milk and set aside.

  2. Prepare optional ingredient; crush bar or cookies, or cut up strawberries etc.

  3. Whip cream until it forms very stiff peaks.

  4. Gently fold in milk mixture and then Heath bar (or whatever)

  5. Pour into chilled metal loaf pan and freeze for at least five hours.
