Glazed Carrots


carrots (heirloom shown here)

brown sugar


rosemary or other herb


  1. Cut carrots into bite size pieces. 

  2. Mix butter, brown sugar and rosemary in a bowl and toss in carrots. 

  3. Spread onto a sheet pan with parchment paper, salt and pepper and roast at 400 until fork tender. Time will depend on size of carrots.

  4. Remove and serve.
