Glazed Carrots

Ingredients:
carrots (heirloom shown here)
brown sugar
butter
rosemary or other herb
Instructions:
- 
Cut carrots into bite size pieces.
 - 
Mix butter, brown sugar and rosemary in a bowl and toss in carrots.
 - 
Spread onto a sheet pan with parchment paper, salt and pepper and roast at 400 until fork tender. Time will depend on size of carrots.
 - 
Remove and serve.
