Apple Galette
Ingredients for Apple filling:
store bought pie crust
apples
flour
sugar
cinnamon
butter
Ingredients for crumble topping:
2 tbl brown sugar
2 tbl flour
2 tbl oatmeal
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 tbl soft butter
Instructions:

Bring crust up to room temperature

Peel and cut apples into thin slices

Coat apples with a liberal amount of flour, sugar and cinnamon

Sprinkle crust with flour and lay apples in the center of the crust leaving at least 4 inches around the edge.

Sprinkle with more sugar and top with chunks of butter

Combine all ingredients for crumble topping in a bowl

Top with crumble topping and bake at 375 for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown
