Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

8 eggs

1c mayo

2T mustard

2T ranch dressing

1T celery seed

smoked paprika

 

Instructions:

  1. Put water in a pot and put on high, as water begins to boil gently place eggs

  2. Let boil on high for 10 – 12 minutes

  3. Drain water and fill pan with ice to cool eggs

  4. Peel eggs, cut eggs in half and scoop out the yolk and set aside

  5. Make mixture to taste of mayo, mustard, ranch dressing and celery seed; season with salt and pepper

  6. Add yolk to mixture

  7. Put into plastic baggie; cut corner and pipe into egg white ‘cups’

  8. Sprinkle with smoked paprika

 

Jazz 'em up:

  • Top with bacon – either crumbled or use a chunk for a ‘bacon sail’

  • Top with sliced jalapenos

  • Avocado – mix in with mayo mixture and top with a broken tortilla chip

  • Use a dill garnish

  • Top with sliced olives

  • Make colored eggs and serve with edible flowers (after taking out the yolk, put the whites into a bowl of water with food coloring)
