Crepes

Grandma Hannah

Ingredients:

4 eggs

1 1/2 cups milk

1 1/2 cups flour

3 T sugar

1 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Mix everything well in a blender​​ (batter can be refrigerated up to 24 hours if needed)

  2. Heat 8 inch non-stick skillet to medium heat

  3. Coat skillet well with butter

  4. Ladle just under 1/3 cup of batter into skillet and swirl around to coat the whole pan

  5. Let sit on heat until the edges start to curl and the top starts to dry

  6. Flip and cook about half that time on the other side

  7. Garnish as desired
