Ingredients:
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups flour
3 T sugar
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
-
Mix everything well in a blender​​ (batter can be refrigerated up to 24 hours if needed)
-
Heat 8 inch non-stick skillet to medium heat
-
Coat skillet well with butter
-
Ladle just under 1/3 cup of batter into skillet and swirl around to coat the whole pan
-
Let sit on heat until the edges start to curl and the top starts to dry
-
Flip and cook about half that time on the other side
-
Garnish as desired
