8 ears of corn on the cob
2/3 cup heavy cream
onion, finely diced
red bell pepper, finely diced
jalapeno, finely diced
salt & pepper
Grill corn and cut from the cob
Add butter to large skillet over medium heat. Add in diced onion, pepper and jalapeno. Saute until soft
Add in corn and sautee a few minutes. Add cream.
Season to taste and simmer about 10 minutes.
