Raspberry Brie Bites
Ingredients:
1 tube of crescent dough
8 oz wheel of brie
1 cup raspberry jam
1/2 cup chopped pecans
rosemary
Instructions:

On a lightly floured surface, roll out crescent dough (into one large piece)

Cut into 24 squares

Place dough into mini muffin tins that have been sprayed to prevent sticking

Cut brie into small pieces and put inside dough, top with spoonful of jam, some chopped pecans and a little sprig of rosemary
-
Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 minutes - until golden brown
