 Flatbreads

PEAR GORGONZOLA

Ingredients:

2 small flatbreads (like naan)

2 pears 

1 medium onion

olive oil

garlic

gorgonzola cheese pieces

fresh arugula

 

Instructions

  1. Mince garlic and put in olive oil; set aside

  2. Heat plain olive oil in a pan and add sliced onion, caramelize and set aside

  3. Coat flatbread with garlic infused olive oil and grill for 2 to 3 minutes.

  4. Flip, oil second side and add pear, onion and cheese

  5. Grill for another 2 to 3 minutes and top with fresh arugula tossed in olive oil

MARGARITA

Ingredients:

Naan 

garlic

red pepper flakes

olive oil

fresh mozerella cheese

beef steak tomatoes

basil

sea salt

 

Instructions

  1. Mince garlic and add to olive oil with salt and red pepper flakes

  2. Cut tomatoes in to thick slices and add to olive oil mixture; marinate for 15 to 30 minutes

  3. Grill tomotoes - do not try to turn or move on grill

  4. Brush naan with olive oil and grill one side; flip and oil second side

  5. Mush grilled tomatoes ontop of naan, add sliced mozarella and basil

  6. Remove when cheese is melted, drizzle with olive oil and hit with a little sea salt
