Kalamata Olive Spread

Ingredients:

1 pkg cream cheese; room temp.

1 cup pitted & chopped kalamata olives

olive brine

onion & garlic powder to taste

Serve with focaccia bread (recipe here)

Instructions:

  1. Pit and chop kalamata olives

  2. Mix into cream cheese and add enough brine to get the consistency you want.

  3. Season to taste.
