Ingredients:

30 chocolate sandwich cookies; cookie part only

1/2 cup melted butter

lg pinch of salt

1 3 oz pkg strawberry Jell-o

2/3 cup boiling water

4 ice cubes

8 oz tub of whip topping

Optional: fresh strawberries to mix in or to garnish; mint and edible flowers to garnish

Instructions:

1. Crust: scrape out center of sandwich cookie and crush cookie part down to a fine sandy mixture.

2. Add melted butter and salt and form into pie pan. 

3. Bake at 350 for 8 to 10 minutes. Cool completely.

4. Filling: Mix Jell-o with boiling water to dissolve. ​

5. Add ice and stir to thicken.

6. Stir in whip topping and add diced strawberries if you are adding them in.

7. Spoon mixture into cooled crust and chill several hours.

8. Garnish as desired.
