Rice Noodle Soup
Ingredients:​
carrots
red bell pepper
celery
onion
garlic
ginger
ground pork
chicken broth
rice noodles
napa cabbage
soy sauce

Instructions:
-
Cook rice noodles to al dente, then set aside.

In a large Dutch oven, brown pork in just a little olive oil. Transfer pork to a bowl and set aside.

Add a little olive oil and butter to the same pot where pork was browned. Add onion, celery, carrot and bell pepper. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne.

Add garlic, ginger and a splash of soy sauce; cook for another minute or two.

Add broth, pork and cabbage. Cook through, just until cabbage begins to soften.

Serve with noodles.
