Burger Bites
Ingredients:
frozen mini meatballs (TJ's has them)
tube of pizza crust or bread dough
shredded mozz cheese
red pepper flakes
egg
salt, pepper
garlic powder
Italian seasoning
sesame seeds
Garnish: cheese slices, tomato, lettuce, pickles etc
Instructions:

Set out meatballs and let them thaw.

Roll out dough to about 9"x14"

Press mozz cheese into dough and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.

Whisk egg in a small bowl and season with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Brush egg mixture onto dough and press everything down again.

Using a pizza cutter, cut strips that are the width of your meatball.

Place meatball on the strip and roll, cut when the dough circles the meatball. Make sure the seam is secure and lay on parchment lined baking sheet with the seam side down.

Once all the meatballs are covered, brush egg wash on each burger bite. Sprinkle Italian seasoning and sesame seeds on top.

Bake at 400 degrees until they are golden brown.

If you want to top some with a mini square of cheese, do so as they come out of the oven.

Garnish as desired.
