Ginger Fruit Cup

Ingredients:

Assorted fresh fruit

Mint

Fresh ginger

Sugar

Optional: Fresh Mint

Instructions:

  1. Make ginger simple syrup: Stir equal parts sugar and water over medium heat. Add peeled chunks of ginger and continue over heat until sugar is completely dissolved. Pull off heat and let steep until completely cooled. Chill overnight.

  2. Remove ginger and pour syrup over cleaned fruit.

  3. Add mint if desired.
