Baby Potatoes & Peas

Ingredients:

1 Tbl butter

1 Tbl flour

1 cup milk

salt & pepper

cayenne

garlic powder

baby potatoes

peas

Optional: crunchy onions

Instructions:

  1. Boil potatoes until cooked through but not mushy.

  2. Rinse and defrost peas.

  3. Melt butter and add flour. Cook in a pan on low heat for at least 5 minutes to cook out the flour taste.

  4. Whisk in milk and seasonings.

  5. Add peas and potatoes and cook until you have your desired thickness. (add more milk if necessary)

  6. Optional: top with crunchy onions
