Baby Potatoes & Peas

Ingredients:
1 Tbl butter
1 Tbl flour
1 cup milk
salt & pepper
cayenne
garlic powder
baby potatoes
peas
Optional: crunchy onions

Instructions:
-
Boil potatoes until cooked through but not mushy.

Rinse and defrost peas.

Melt butter and add flour. Cook in a pan on low heat for at least 5 minutes to cook out the flour taste.

Whisk in milk and seasonings.

Add peas and potatoes and cook until you have your desired thickness. (add more milk if necessary)

Optional: top with crunchy onions
