Butter Candle

Ingredients:

3 to 4 sticks of salted butter; room temp. 

finely chopped rosemary

roasted garlic or garlic powder

You will also need: a paper cup, string & tape.​

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the cup. Make a small hole in the bottom, just big enough to get the string through. Leave about an inch or so on the outside and tape securely. 

  2. Put the butter, rosemary and garlic in a pot on low heat. Once it begins to melt, mix with hand mixer until incorporated. 

  3. Spoon butter into cup keeping the string center. 

  4. Chill several hours.

  5. Take off the tape and turn onto plate and remove paper cup. Light candle and serve with bread.
