Spicy Salmon Burger

Ingredients:

skinless salmon (chopped)

bread crumbs

egg

scallions

jalapeno

cucumber

bibb lettuce cups

 

Sauce:

mayo

cilantro

onion

wasabi paste

salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Make sauce and chill

  2. Combine salmon, egg, bread crumbs, scallions and jalapenos; form into patties. Chill for at least 3 hours.

  3. Bake or fry patties until cooked through. 

  4. Serve on a toasted bun with cucumber and sauce.

Note: if you are grating your cucumber make sure to squeeze out any excess water.
