Spicy Salmon Burger
Ingredients:
skinless salmon (chopped)
bread crumbs
egg
scallions
jalapeno
cucumber
bibb lettuce cups
Sauce:
mayo
cilantro
onion
wasabi paste
salt and pepper

Instructions:

Make sauce and chill
-
Combine salmon, egg, bread crumbs, scallions and jalapenos; form into patties. Chill for at least 3 hours.

Bake or fry patties until cooked through.

Serve on a toasted bun with cucumber and sauce.

Note: if you are grating your cucumber make sure to squeeze out any excess water.
