Lobster Shell Salad
Ingredients:
fresh lobster tails
shell pasta
mayonnaise
wasabi paste
celery seed
cilantro
red onion
celery
butter
garlic
Instructions:

Mix mayo, wasabi, celery seed (little at a time, can be over powering), celery, red onion and cilantro. Chill

Broil lobster tails: cut down the shell toward the tail and carefully separate the meat from the shell as much as you can.

Pour butter and garlic over the meat and put under a broiler for 5 to 10 minutes until shell is pink and meat is white.

Let cool and then cut lobster meat into bite-size pieces.

Cook pasta to al dente and chill.

Mix together, pasta, wasabi-mayo mixture and lobster.
