Lobster Shell Salad

Ingredients:

fresh lobster tails

shell pasta

mayonnaise

wasabi paste

celery seed

cilantro

red onion

celery

butter 

garlic

Instructions:

  1. Mix mayo, wasabi, celery seed (little at a time, can be over powering), celery, red onion and cilantro. Chill

  2. Broil lobster tails: cut down the shell toward the tail and carefully separate the meat from the shell  as much as you can.

  3. Pour butter and garlic over the meat and put under a broiler for 5 to 10 minutes until shell is pink and meat is white. 

  4. Let cool and then cut lobster meat into bite-size pieces.

  5. Cook pasta to al dente and chill. 

  6. Mix together, pasta, wasabi-mayo mixture and lobster.
