Bell & Cucs

Ingredients:

For Bell Peppers:

mini orange bell peppers

fresh dill

ranch dip or cheese spread

Ingredients:

For Cucumbers:

English cucumbers

hummus or ranch dip or cheese spread

red bell peppers

bacon

Instructions:

​For Cucumbers:

  1. Partially peal cucumbers; slice lengthwise; clean out the middle making a canoe of sorts; dry well.

  2. Fill with your choice of hummus or ranch dip or cheese spread.

  3. Top with finely chopped red bell peppers and chopped bacon.

  4. Slice and serve.

For Bell Pepper Carrots:

  1. Clean and slice mini bell peppers lengthwise; clean out the inside and dry well.

  2. Fill with ranch dip or cheese spread.

  3. Add a spring of dill to make the carrot top.
