Honey Nut Bread
Ingredients:
2 pkg active dry yeast
3 1/4 cups warm water
1/3 cup avacado oil
1/3 cup honey
3 tsp salt
1 cup whole wheat flour
5 to 6 1/2 cups white flour
2/4 cup sunflower nuts
3 tbl melted butter

Instructions:

Add yeast to warm water along with the honey. Set aside for 5 or 6 minutes until the yeast blooms (It should expand and look bubbly)

In a large bowl, mix 1 cup whole wheat flour, 4 cups of white flour, salt, yeast mixture and oil. Beat until smooth.

Stir in sunflower nuts and enough remaining flour to form a firm dough.

Turn onto lightly floured surface and knead for 6 to 8 minutes until elastic.

Place in greased bowl and cover. Let rise to double; about one hour.

Punch down the dough and divide into three portions. Shape into loaves and place on a parchment lined baking sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown; about 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the size of each loaf. Brush with melted butter and cook on a wire rack.
